Nature's Cry

Sorry, your browser doesn't support Java(tm).

Among graying slabs of alabaster intent

Concave images of a shadowed edge

Fleeting lines that strangely blend

Ode to a southern exposure, I sing praise

This square, designed for efficiency

Cast a cautious illusion of peace

Isolated in oneness, we diligently work

In muted dissonance, we weep

Architectural wonders, arising

Retracting, revolving, revealing

Windows at a glance, the curse

Eternal walls, modern man's maze

Seeking nutrients, forced air

A technological oasis found

Nature's cry be not denied

Potted plants, organically grown

Among graying slabs of alabaster intent

Concrete visions of a world's end

Metaphoric screams of modern man

Ode to a southern exposure, I sing praise
