A Moment

Sorry, your browser doesn't support Java(tm).

In silence, the weight lifts

My body lingers as my soul

An errant leaf, is set a drift

Slowly floating to places untold

As cascading currents of life

Move forward, pushing onward

In faith I lose sight of strife

My focus turn to inner rewards

Illusions borne upon the wings of eternity

Thoughts of loving moments put to side

For heart and mind is held by destiny

Sadness of unborn memories, I cannot hide

For just a moment stirring, I feel you

In rushing winds, I hear echoes of love
